Renewals are generally non-refundable unless there is a technical error on our part.
For renewal payments, we consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced significant technical issues that prevented you from using the service, please contact us with details and we will review your request fairly.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

The free plan has no payment associated with it and therefore no refund is applicable. You can use the free plan indefinitely without any charge.
