btsfn.com provides an interactive quiz and presentation platform that allows registered users ("Hosts") to create presentations, run live sessions, and analyse participant responses. Participants may join sessions without creating an account.
Free accounts receive 5,000 AI credits per month and access to basic features including presentation creation and live sessions.
Pro ($5/month) and Agency ($9/month) plans unlock additional features including unlimited slides, advanced analytics, and increased AI credits. See our pricing page for full details.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Content you create on btsfn.com remains your intellectual property. By using our platform, you grant btsfn.com a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The btsfn.com platform, design, code, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
Our platform uses AI to generate content suggestions. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, current, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. btsfn.com is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
btsfn.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@btsfn.com. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
